Schedule: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, intrusions, or safety hazards
• Patrol assigned areas on foot
• Provide access control and visitor management
• Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Respond to emergencies and incidents professionally and calmly
• Interact with studio staff, vendors, and guests in a respectful, professional manner

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)
• Prior security experience preferred, especially in commercial or high-profile settings
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability a plus (including weekends and evenings)
